Sounds great, I will be checking one out. The EQ is a great feature.

Just picked up the USA PT ir from Two Notes, very impressed
with this ir. Getting great clean and dirty tones.

Blown away with the tone I am getting out of the reactive load, I’ve been sticking to the vintage 30’s and my PT head is sounding awesome. I will check out the Positive Grid as I haven’t heard about it before.
Going to pick up some other cabs this weekend, I have been to the Celestion web site after seeing Pete’s demo and I think I will get me some Creambacks.

      Thanks Pete,

Unfortunately there has been a slight delay in my shipment so I have had a day of research.

I am using Celestion V-30’s at the moment so I will take your advice and stick with them.
It will be interesting to see how close I can get with the IR’s, I am going to try the one made by Celestion themselves it sounded great in your video. Once I am happy I will get me some Greenbacks.

Thanks again for your advice it is really appreciated.

      Hi Pete,

Any thoughts on posting backing tracks you create for your demo’s. Perhaps a chord chart to accompany it and some scale suggestion’s. I would gladly pay for this. Just a thought. I have picked all up your JTC lessons, and your Guitar Nerd lesson. Some of your demo songs are better than some famous guitarists CD tracks. Anyway keep up the good work.

As Malcolm says, you have to get along it shows in the performance. At times you have to spend a lot of time with these people often in small backstage areas. This also goes for yourself, sometimes you have to be flexible and considerate of others. Good luck.

Hi Magnus, I’m going to switch out the plexitone for an 80’s Pearl compressor and phaser at the weekend. I only use the plexitone in a friends studio where I have a Brunetti Singleman.
Your board looks cool but what is the red pedal?

My time is also limited I just squeeze in what I can, the passion is always there.
      Keep up the good work.

      Hi Jim,

Let me know how you get on with mike placement, I am experimenting with this at the moment. getting some good results.
Berkley must have been a blast, I am just self taught and I regret not going to music school. There are not many here in the UK.

      Hi Jim,

Yes it sounds great with my PT head well worth the $, having a great time with the ir’s.
This reactive load box is fantastic. I don’t have the PT cab to compare the two, I have a 2 x 12 loaded with V30’s. Loving the tones (as are my neighbours).
