Dirty Town… the first single from my forthcoming new album. I wanted to do a track that paid homage to the fun old school rock and roll swing and ferocious playing I heard on songs like “Satch Boogie” and “Hot For Teacher”. I loved how “Satch Boogie” was like a hyper-futuristic blues, but went totally left in the bridge, and turned into something else completely, before coming back home for the finale. I tried to capture that spirit in my song. Hope your dig it, more to come very soon!
